In this 2 session online workshop you will learn how to use the regular Oxford punch needle #10 to punch with both rug yarn and with wool fabric strips on this fun and simple 13"x13" design of circles and stripes.
This can be used as a decorative pillow top or a chair pad. How to finish with a chain stitch edge will be demonstrated as will how to attach to a pillow if you choose to.
Materials needed (KIT Available HERE) or use your own:
Monk's cloth (minimum size 20"x20")
Washed wool fabric cut in #7 OR #8 cut (1/4" wide) and as long as possible (minimum 15" long)
Rug yarn (like Briggs and Little 4ply 'Super')
Tools needed to complete the project:
A gripper strip frame (ideally with an opening 14x14" or larger)
Oxford punch needle #10 Regular (order here)
Scissors, needle and thread for finishing
Pre-made throw pillow case in coordinating colour (eg. IKEA) ,unless you wish to make your own
No experience required.
