Looking to start — or continue — your punch needle journey with a project that speaks to you? Join me in my home studio near Hammond Ontario (about 30 minute drive east of Ottawa) on Sunday, June 29nd, from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM for a fun and day of creativity and connection!
In this workshop, you’ll purchase one of the Oxford Punch Needle Kits, each one specially designed for use with a #10 Regular Oxford Punch Needle. Whether you're brand new or ready to build on your skills, you’ll enjoy hands-on support, helpful tips, and the freedom to play and explore.
Bring your lunch, bring a friend, and come ready to learn something new!
You'll be learning from an Advanced Oxford Certified Instructor, so you can feel confident you're getting accurate techniques, thoughtful guidance, and plenty of encouragement.
Together, we’ll cover:
-
Foundational punch needle techniques
-
Tips for smooth stitching and texture
-
Finishing techniques to complete your project beautifully
Perfect for:
-
Curious beginners
-
Returning punchers eager to try a new kit using a regular punch needle
-
Anyone craving a joyful, creative day in community
You will need to an Oxford Punch Needle Kit which includes your pattern on monks cloth and all the Violet Jane Wool yarn needed to complete the pattern.
Students also need:
-
A Gripper Strip Frame (with cover, if possible) large enough for your kit design

A friendly note: I have 3 friendly dogs who will be excited to say hello when you arrive. They’ll settle down quickly, but I always like to give a heads-up in case anyone has allergies or would prefer some space.
Let’s punch, play, and create something beautiful — your way.
